AI Essentials is a half-day class that provides you with a toolkit you can immediately implement the next working day.

This online class is divided into three one-hour sessions with 30 mins break time between each. It is an interactive, small-group, instructor-led session with active participation expected from attendees.

The class is highly practical providing you with opportunities to experiment with using AI tools in the context of your day-to-day work

Why is AI having a moment now? What’s an LLM and how do they work? Can I trust the output, and what are the ethical/privacy/legal implications?

How to make the most of ChatGPT’s features: go beyond just asking questions and learn how to personalise it’s answers, create images and even write code.

Prompt Engineering Techniques: get practical experience using the top techniques for getting the most out of large language models in the context of your day-to-day work.

Discussions of the legal, ethical and financial implications: know when it is and isn’t appropriate to use tools like ChatGPT and how to mitigate the relevant risks

Bringing it all together: Finish off the class by launching a new side hustle in just 15 minutes. Implement what you’ve learned so you can boost your productivity every day.

This online class is divided into three one-hour sessions with 15 mins break time between each delivered through a best-in-class online learning environment called Butter.

It is an interactive, small-group, instructor-led session with active participation expected from attendees. You will be provided with a premium ChatGPT Teams account to use GPT4 during the workshop.

Roughly two thirds of the workshop is hands-on and you will be provided with a premium ChatGPT account to use. Under the guidance of our expert instructors/tutors, you'll get hands-on using various ChatGPT prompting techniques in the context of your own day-to-day work, allowing you to immediately apply learnings to your daily tasks.

Your workshop will be led by a General Purpose instructor with deep AI expertise supported by General Purpose tutors to ensure you get one-on-one advice to meet your goals.
